When you begin a project with Therrien, we take you through some basic considerations, the process, and review construction details. We provide a wide range of residential construction services, including new home construction, room additions, and remodeling. We serve as a general contractor and builder, with in-house carpenters and laborers.
Project Completion Guarantee
What sets us apart from other residential builders is our Project Completion Guarantee. We have all heard the stories regarding contractors ‘disappearing' from the job site leaving the clients wondering when they will return, the contractor not returning client's phone calls, excuses about when work will resume on the project, and not knowing when their project will be completed. This is why we provide a project schedule to our clients, so they may track their project's progress throughout the construction process. And to prove we are confident in staying on schedule and meeting our completion dates, if we fail to meet the agreed upon date we credit our clients $100.00 per work day until the project is complete.
